Minimum & Compulsory requirement

1. 1 year of Work Experience in Full Wedding Planning (Proof of Employment/Recommendation is Compulsory)

2. Resident of Bangalore willing to commit to a minimum 12 months contract.

3. Laptop and a two wheeler for daily travel

4. Languages Required:  English, Hindi. Other Regional Languages is a bonus.

5. Good understanding of  Microsoft PowerPoint, Google  Slides, Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet, CANVA (Or other Designing Tools)

6. Additional Note to Candidates:

   1. An event Manager's role involves visits to clients' residence, event venue in the process of planning and implementation. Please only apply if you have full consent from your family for such a role that might require you to stay away from home overnight too!

1. Lead Follow-ups /Tele calling/ Client meetings

2. Decor designing / Mood board creation

3. Power-point Presentations and Budgeting

4. Event Day - Site Operations

5. Logistics and Guest Management

Other Details

1. Salary: 

   1. Fixed: Negotiable (1 month of unpaid Probation Period . During Probation, an event wise incentive of Rs. 1500 will be provided per event.)

   2.  Salary of first two months will be withheld until the candidate completes minimum tenure of 12 months in the company. This is to assess the seriousness of the candidate.

2. This will be a full time role. To sign up with us, you will have to sign a Non Compete Agreement and a Non Disclosure Agreement.

3. This will be a Work from home Role. But we want the candidate to be residing in Bangalore to be able to attend meetings and handle event operations (on event days)

Event Flow: 

1. Reception on Dec 1 Evening in an open Lawn venue. Expected Guest count: 300

2. Wedding Muhurat on Dec 2 Morning in an indoor hall. Expected Guest Count: 100

Services Required:

1. Decoration on both days. Theme expected for Dec 1 evening is Rustic Vintage and Dec 2 is Traditional South Indian

2. Lighting, Sound and DJ on Dec 1 evening

3. Seating Layout Planning for both days

4. Other Creative Decor suggestions
