✨ What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned wedding clients.
  Manage all client communications, updates, and follow-ups.
  Meet clients at event venues, residences, or our office.
  Design mood boards and décor concepts using Canva or other tools.
  Prepare budgets and event plans using Google Sheets.
  Coordinate with the on-ground team on event days for seamless execution.
  Manage logistics and guest coordination (as per the client’s package).
  
  

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• • Minimum 2 years of experience in full wedding planning (proof of employment/recommendation required).
    Must be a resident of Bangalore/Mangalore
    Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler for client and venue visits.
    Fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus).
    
    

  • Excellent skills in:
    Canva or other design tools
    PowerPoint / Google Slides
    Excel / Google Sheets
    
    

⚠️ Important

This role requires occasional travel and late-night coordination during events.

💰 Compensation

• Probation (3 months): ₹20,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
  Post Probation: ₹40,000/month (fixed pay)
  Full-time role with flexible work-from-home setup (but Bangalore-based presence required).

• Selected candidates will sign a Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
