About Us

We are a wedding planning and events company, Dreamstrokes®, with over 9 years of experience in the industry. Along with our planning and décor services, we also manage two premium wedding venues in Bangalore. We are looking for a creative and dedicated Social Media & SEO Strategist to help us grow our digital presence organically and connect meaningfully with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
   Plan, create, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
   Maintain a consistent posting schedule with engaging stories, reels, and posts.
   Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an active community.
   Increase followers organically with innovative strategies.
   
   

2. SEO & Website Management
   Create/Manage and optimize the Websites for Dreamstrokes and our two wedding venues.
   Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility on search engines.
   Regularly track, report, and improve website ranking and traffic.
   
   

3. Brand & Content Strategy
   Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
   Research trends in the wedding and events industry for fresh content ideas.
   Collaborate with the internal team to align social media campaigns with marketing goals.
   
   

4. Analytics & Reporting
   Track performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
   Provide monthly growth and engagement reports with actionable insights.
   
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Instagram and other social media platforms.
  Strong understanding of organic follower growth strategies.
  Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization (Google Sites experience preferred).
  Creativity in designing content (basic Canva/Photoshop/Video editing is a plus).
  Good communication and copywriting skills.
  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  Preference for candidates residing in Bangalore.
